Born 5210.31 Earl is the oldest brother of four. A typical childhood, he entered Star Fleet Academy and graduated in the middle of his class. As Assistant Tactical Officer aboard the USS Piedmont he analyzed the standard Omega One attack pattern and submitted a recomendation to alter the sequencing of the firing patterns. This recommendation was noted, and submitted to the War College at Deneb V for evaluation.

Transferred to Star Fleet Intelligence, Earth, Earl underwent further Academy training. Following graduation from SFIA he was assigned to Special Operations Division as Line Officer.

Subsequently reassigned USS Wellington as Tactical / Operations Officer for Intelligence gathering along the Romulan / Federation border. Currently assigned USS Atlantis, NCC-1021-D Commanding Officer.
