A couple years ago, the engineers who monitored the launches of the space shuttles released a video of one of the launches of Discovery. They took the 400 fps footage and released it on YouTube so that you and I, the lay people who love the legacy of the Shuttle Program, could marvel in awe at the systems they have in place. This video does not disappoint. As you watch, you can really feel the love of the engineers who are talking, for the program they made happen on a daily basis. Get ready; Ascent is one of the most beautiful educational videos ever put on YouTube.
