(21:26:58) VAdmBlackthorne: When I started eating Paleo/Primal about 2.5 years ago, I stopped getting colds.

(21:28:00) LtAlexisWright: I get sick all the time because my body really likes to get a lot more sleep than I give it.
(21:28:23) VAdmBlackthorne: This is the first time I've even felt remotely sick-like since giving up the gluten, fake oils, and most sugar.

(21:31:34) VAdmBlackthorne: Over use of antibiotics and a general fear of GERMS EVERYWHERE OMG are only getting people sick more often.
(21:31:36) CdrTKirr1: I never used to, but then my father in law offered it to me before we went on a cruise...and then I was sick for the cruise.

(21:31:55) LtAlexisWright: I think I have to start doing them. I'm in that high risk group of people with asthma and two hospitalizations due to pneumonia in 33 years is sufficient.
